Tauranga's isite Visitor Centre offers visitor information on all travel, accommodation, reservations, activities and tours. We are the local ticketing agent for Intercity, Interislander, Bluebridge, Kiwirail Scenic Journeys, iTICKET and Eventfinda. We can help with all bookings, whether local or nationwide. Our isite also stocks a small selection of souvenirs.

- Accessible parking (Gray Street) (Accessible parking) — This accessible parking space located at 76 Gray Street. The parking space does not provide room to self-transfer on the driver's side.
